There you have it. As a follow up to my previous post, I am flying to Las Vegas on Sunday for a couple days to check things out. It looks like this thing is going to happen (unless I just hate it on this visit). It has been moving a little too fast for me and I am a little overwhelmed. I am trying to breathe my way through it though and just take it a step at a time. Does anyone want to live in my apartment during July with Celeste until the lease is up? I will give you a good deal!

Stacey, this sounds like a great adventure has been offered to you....so follow your own advice. Breath through the fear and ask yourself, does the idea of this opportunity "make my heart sing"? You sound very excited about the idea. Also, I've lived in Vegas and trust me, living there and being a resident is like a completely different world than being part of the tourist and/or casino life. Believe it or not, residents see it as any other city because they do not live on the strip! Try to not let the idea that it is Vegas be a deterent. And, I understand not liking sudden change and the idea of leaving the family you love so much. After all, let's be honest - here I am in my early 60s and still in Tucson for those very reasons. But I know you are MUCH more adventuresome than I ever was or ever will be. Go for it. I love you and miss you. Aunt Kittie
Mmmmm....Barbacoa! I haven't eaten there for awhile, kinda forgot about it. I'll have to go there again, I love there veggie burrito:)
Looks like we will be making a trip to Vegas in the fall to visit you!
